This is the protector Saint of the Snow Leopard.
Snow leopards are poached for their beautiful coats as well as their bones and other body parts which are highly prized in traditional Asian medicines. They also are at risk of retribution killings, which means that they are killed for potentially killing livestock. They are also suffering from habitat loss and lack of resources. Only about 3500 to 7000 individuals are left in the wild.
If we could only teach the baby leopards to use the lasers in their eyes to ward off attackers. . . .
