Lounge Singer Barbie steps onto stage to sing her soulful song. Then, after the performance, she takes off her mermaid underskirt and is left with the tube top and skirt cocktail dress to go out on a night on the town.
This is one of the first dresses I made. It takes comfort and practicality into deep consideration despite what it may appear. The mermaid tail of the underskirt is constructed in such a way that no matter how hard you try, you will never step on or rip any of the tulle. Your feet are free to walk, dance and even run if you want to without ever getting in the way of the dress itself. It is a three piece ensemble, consisting of a tube top and skirt that can be worn separately or apart for supreme versatility.
